The blade is made by 1095 / 15N20 Alloy Steels (352 Layers) forged by hammer to a beautiful and precise pattern. Damascus Steel has high quality contents to give it an excellent edge and sharp cutting ability . Hardness of the Blade is HRC 57-59 . it is hand sharpened to a sharp edge . and holds cutting edge after heavy use ,
Note: All the knives in the above pictures
are of same in size and the blade and handle material are also same therefore I describe only one knife and as a whole.
ABOUT EDGE:
We usually sharp the edge normal due to safety reasons, If you want razor edge sharpness just tell us Know when placing the order.
TIPS:
Knife blade should always be clean and treated with oil after use. Material like horn, bone and stag can have consisted in colour and hair line cracks and cannot be straight and even so time.
